While our calibration algorithms are designed to provide millimeter-accurate physical representations:

• Display Hardware Variances: Discrepancies may arise due to improper physical card alignment, screen protector thickness, curved display glass, or user calibration error.
• Biological Factors: Finger circumference changes throughout the day based on ambient temperature, hydration, physical exertion, and salt intake.
• Band Width Mechanics: Wide-band rings (6 mm or wider) fit tighter on the finger than traditional thin bands (1.5 mm – 2.5 mm). A quarter to half size increase is commonly necessary.

3. Limitation of Liability for Custom Jewelry Orders

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CalculateRingSize.com and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from ring sizing inaccuracies, re-sizing fees, non-refundable custom jewelry commissions, or lost shipping expenses.

We strongly advise confirming custom engagement or wedding band measurements with a professional brick-and-mortar bench jeweler utilizing physical metal sizing gauges prior to purchasing expensive bespoke gemstones or eternity bands.
